Teleaudit ("the App") is an internal field-operations application developed by PAFT Group for use exclusively by its own telemarketing and audit staff. The App is not distributed to, or intended for use by, the general public. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Teleaudit is provided only to authenticated employees and authorized staff of the organization for the purpose of conducting and auditing outbound calls related to loan disbursement and collection follow-up. Access requires a staff account issued and managed by the organization.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Staff login credentials (user ID, phone number) | Authenticate staff and maintain a secure session/API token |
| Client name, phone number, and loan/collection record details | Display the staff member's assigned daily call workload and record the outcome of each call |
| Call duration and call status, read from the device call log immediately after a call placed through the App | Confirm the call connected and attach an accurate duration to the audit record |
| Call recordings (audio files), when attached by the staff member | Provide supporting evidence for the audit record, at the staff member's discretion |
| Remarks, verification status, RTP (Ready to Pay) commitments, and issue/queue flags | Track the outcome and follow-up status of each call for audit and reporting purposes |
All data collected by the App is transmitted over HTTPS to the organization's own backend server and stored in the organization's private database. Data is used solely for internal audit, reporting, and staff-performance purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and it is not used for advertising.
Call records, audio attachments, and related audit data are retained for as long as required for the organization's internal audit and compliance processes, after which they may be archived or deleted in accordance with internal data-retention policy.
Access to the App and its data is restricted to authenticated staff accounts. API access uses time-limited bearer tokens, and web access uses session-based authentication with hashed passwords. Only staff with an assigned role may view or submit records.
Because the App is an internal enterprise tool, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data processed through the App should be directed to your organization's administrator, or to the contact below.
